The network disruption the City of Derby experienced has affected utility billing processes. We want to keep residents aware of the best way to pay their bills over the next few weeks.
There will be no automatic payments for the Jan. 23 bill. If you are signed up for ACH (bill is automatically drafted from your bank account), we encourage you to pay your water bill in person or over the phone. If you don’t pay your bill that was due Jan. 23, your amount will roll over to your next regular billing and no late fees will be assessed.

The January water bills will be delayed. The billing and due dates will be adjusted so customers will receive a bill for the correct usage and read dates.
