Foster-Farquhar has held leadership positions at several community organizations including MOSAIC of South Central Kansas, ResCare, Catholic Charities-Diocese of Wichita, Starkey and KETCH.
Foster-Farquhar is an alumni of Leadership Wichita class of 2011 and Leadership Cowley County class of 2018.
Born and raised in Derby, Foster-Farquhar is a Derby High School graduate and still resides here. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University.
