Businesses can now be involved with Third Thursdays through sponsorships. Please review sponsorship options below and then complete the online application to be considered for your selected month. Fall 2023 events have immediate openings. Please consider applying at least three months in advance for 2024 events.

Third Thursday Presenting Sponsor $500 (one per event)

• Business name will appear anytime event month is mentioned, “August Third Thursday presented by ____.”
• Outdoor booth space (10'x10') at one event.
• Recognition on Third Thursday Facebook page.
• Banner space at event (banner provided by sponsors).

Third Thursday Enthusiast $200

Availability varies each month. 

• Recognition on Third Thursday Facebook page leading up to chosen event. 
• Outdoor booth space (10'x10') at one event.

Other Booths

Most booth spaces seen in the event lawn are Kansas Grown Farmers Market vendors.

Fundraising booths - One nonprofit organization per event may set up a 10'x10' booth upon approval. Groups must be located in Derby, civic and community minded, demonstrating Derby Proud attributes by services provided. Please email a description of your organization and purpose of your booth.

Inclement Weather

Please note, if we are unable to hold the event due to inclement weather, sponsorship fees will be refunded or moved to a different month upon sponsor's request and event sponsorship availability. Sponsorship fees will not be refunded for any other reason. If the event is being held at Madison Avenue Central Park, the event will move indoors to the The Venue unless weather is deemed severe by event coordinator.
