The goal of the survey is to receive feedback from residents on a variety of city services. On Oct. 2, the City mailed 400 surveys to a random selection of addresses, with 100 surveys mailed to each of the four City Council wards. The deadline to return surveys is Oct. 26. Responses will help staff and the City Council understand the level of community satisfaction with municipal services such as street maintenance, police and the senior center, as well as where improvements can be made.Citizen Satisfaction reports from past years can be viewed on the City website at www.derbyks.com/survey.If you have questions, contact John Emerson at 788-1519 ext. 256 or email@example.com.
